FAQs

A: You can book with us through our bookings page on our website by filling out the booking form or via our contact number on 01372 843102.

A: Our services are available 24/7 however prior notice is required for bookings between the hours of midnight and 6 am. In general, should you wish to schedule a booking, the more notice given the easier the scheduling will be.

A: While immediate bookings are possible, we recommend booking at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours or special events.

We advise all clients to give as much notice as possible on cancellations. So please do call us to cancel, or should the booking be for another date, you may also e-mail us.

We accept all major credit / debit cards for payment, as well as cash. Customers that hold a corporate account with us are invoiced.

This is dependant on the type of vehicle booked. Please view the Executive Cars section above for a guide on the passenger & luggage limits per vehicle. Should you have any further questions or requests, please do get in touch via telephone or e-mail.

Should the driver and vehicle in question be available, we will aim to accommodate your request, however we hold no guarantees as at times the driver and the requested vehicle may be on another job at the given time.
